Hi parents!

There's a new contest for February and you can enter right here!

Tell us what your plans are for your children's upcoming March Break. Will you be taking time off work to spend with them? Maybe sending them to a fun camp, or to stay with relatives? Or perhaps they're old enough to stay at home? We'd love to hear from you - so post your answer here for a chance to win!

This month you could win Volume One of the Eloise Collection, or the first two books from the James Adventure Series!

Best of luck to everyone!

I am looking forward to spending time with the kids.  There will be a few playdates with friends, maybe some ice skating on our backyard rink, and visits to the library, bookstore, and shopping centres where they have events going on.  Nothing too fancy.

March break is a great time to get involved in what the community is offering.  We usually sleep in a little, take in  a library program and just hang out at home.  Maybe one night at a hotel not to far away just to sit pool side and have a nice dinner at a restaurant.

We will be spending March Break as a family, we are going to do activities in the local area, the zoo, the Science Centre, visiting friends.  We plan to enjoy our time together and relax.

This will be my son's very first March break. My best friend is in need of childcare for the week so I will also be taking care of her two children for 3 of the 5 days! I plan on taking them skating at the local arena one day and swimming at the wave pool in Kanata another and depending on weather the museum of science and tech or tobogganing or a sugar bush in the area, Again all the depends on the weather for the last one.
I want to make there March Break fun not just another week off school, I think it's good to have a plan as well or else you could be pulling your hair out waiting for school to start again

For March Break, I will be taking the grandchildren and giving the parents a much needed break themselves.  We will be doing some outside winter activities such as walking in the skidoo trails and going sliding as we still have a lot of snow.  Also the ponds are still frozen over so maybe some iceskating, as well.
