Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if it is okay to occasionally give my one month old some water in the evening or when on the road. I know infants don't need anything other than breast milk for the first 6 months. Also it is discouraged because it can get in the way of milk production if done too often, but if done on occasion is it ok? Does anyone else here do it? How is it going?
Also how long to boil the water for?
Lately my little one has been getting fussy at night, it appears to be gas. What are some good ways to sooth my little guy?
Thanks
Maggy
