| I was wondering what should be the colour of my baby's stool. Since birth I was pumping my milk and giving to him, supplementing with formula (almost 60% breastfeeding, 40% formula). That's because he got fussy everytime I tried. But two weeks ago I tried again and he BF pretty well. Now I am also supplementing with the same formula but in a different ratio (maybe 75-25%). He's 2 months and week. However, at the begining his stool was yellowish-mustard and now it has turned greenish and not soft (not hard though). Is it OK? Thanks for your replies!

Yes, it's fine. Stool colour has a lot to do with what baby is getting to eat as well as how long it stays in the body before being expelled. As you change the ratio of formula, you may notice another change. Also, as baby gets older, you may notice more changes. Did you ever think you'd care so much about poop???
