1. How many siblings do you have? Would you ideally like to have more or less?
I have 3 stepsisters....i would've liked a brother. oh well!

2. What's your all-time favourite girl's and boy's name?

Xander for a boy...which didn't happen...well...sort of....we named out son Alexander. so...i guess we compromised. and Megan...which is our daughters name

3. What's your favourite city in Canada?

I really liked Peterbrough while i was there at college.

4. If you could go on any holiday for any length of time, where would it be? Would you bring your kids?

England, Ireland, Scotland...and no...I don't think i'd bring them...I'd go for...a week in each country

5. Are you afraid of dogs?

Only ones who snarl and look angry and hungry

Questions, questions, questions....

1. How many siblings do you have? Would you ideally like to have more or less?
I have one sister and two brothers. I think it's the right number.

2. What's your all-time favourite girl's and boy's name?

I always wanted to have a little girl named Kathryn Susan - Katie Sue and a boy named Ryan. How come I have three kids and that's not their names?

3. What's your favourite city in Canada?

Um, I like my town - Oakville.

4. If you could go on any holiday for any length of time, where would it be? Would you bring your kids?

I would go to a cottage in teh Muskokas, with wireless, for two monthe. Yep, I'd bring all the kids.

5. Are you afraid of dogs?

Yes. Actually I am.

What? There's more? Sigh. I'll have to answer the rest of the questions on another post.

1. What's your middle name? Do you like it?
Patricia, it is my grandmothers name. I like it now that I'm older and I see the significance of it. When I was younger I didn't like it.

2. What's your favourite band/singer?
I can't choose just one, my fav's are Nickelback, Hinder and singer would be Chris Daughtry

3. What band/singer annoys you the most?
Anything rap annoys me. I also can't stand that band that has the singer that sings really high piched, can't think of the name of it. It 's a family.

4. What sport or hobby do you hope your kids will do one day?
Never really thought about it. Whatever sport of hobby that interests him would be fine by me.

5. Do you send your kids to Montessori/private/public school?
My son will be starting Public school in September.

Fabulous Friday A's:

1. What's your favourite city in the world (even if you've not visited)?
I'm not a city girl. So I honestly hate the City. But I've been to Vancouver and really enjoyed the scenery and Whistler.

2. How often do you bathe your kids (every day, twice a week, etc.)
Twice a week, depending on the time of year. Summer can be more often or less depending on if we've been swimming a lot.

3. What's your fave season?
Early Fall, when it's still warm and there are no bugs.

4. What's your biggest regret?
Becoming distant with my best friend in highschool, Kelly.

5. What's your biggest success?
Don't have an answer for that one, but I think my son is a pretty big success to me.

Great to see the replies and it's good to get to know more people on this board. I think I even see a few men's names popping up here too which is great.

Here are some Fabulous Friday Qs:

1. What's your favourite city in the world (even if you've not visited)?

Paris (not visited); Sydney, Australia (visited); Vancouver (visited)

2. How often do you bathe your kids (every day, twice a week, etc.)

Usually every second day but as often as every day or every three days

3. What's your fave season?

Originally I would have said 'summer' but it's been so hot so I'll say fall.

4. What's your biggest regret?

Probably not pursuing a broadcasting career right after university

5. What's your biggest success?

My kids, my freelance writing career, trying to be a good person

I am any only child. As a child I thought I wanted siblings.

I would spend all my holidays in the Dominican Republic. I would like to go for two weeks this time. I would bring my kids if they were infants, once they are toddlers I would have to say no

Gosh, I'd go on a one-year working holiday to a third-world country to volunteer. I hope to do this with our family in the next few years.
